- Before the actual consultation I’ll ask you for some details about your case. This lets me identify at an early stage relevant issues and establish a course of action that we’ll discuss during the consultation.
- After the consultation I’ll elaborate a short legal report outlining the issues discussed and suggested legal answers. This will make reference to current legislation and judicial decisions.
- Finally, the consultation fee includes a free follow up of your case by email for the next 30 days. This covers minor questions relevant to the case.
Often a consultation is the first step before you decide to go ahead and hire my professional services. If that is the case and you do it within 30 days of the date of the consultation, I’ll apply a £50 discount to the fee for the service you need. That means the initial consultation will be free for you.
